The Ingredients

Vitamin E
The recommended daily dosage of Ocuvite PreserVision also provides about 400 IU of vitamin E. The RDA for vitamin E is set at 15 mg which is equal to 33 IU of dl-alpha-tocopherol per day for adults over the age of 19.  Vitamin E protects red blood cells and helps prevent destruction of vitamin A and C. Fortunately, there have been no known toxic effects found from large doses of vitamin E, however, the acceptable upper intake level is set at 1,200 IU dl-alpha-tocopherol vitamin E per day.

The Side Effects
Some researches show that PreserVision may bring some side effects to the users such as fatigue and kidney stones. In addition, some people suffer from low thyroid function and anemia after consuming PreserVision.
